PURCHASE AGREEMENT & TERMS OF USE

The client (“Buyer”) desires to purchase research material from Soarse Lab (“Soarse Lab” or “Company”). The purpose of this Agreement is to establish the conditions and restrictions governing the sale and purchase of all materials offered on this site.

As used herein, the term “MATERIAL” means any product and/or service which Buyer purchases or obtains from Soarse Lab, including but not limited to peptides, proteins, liquids, powders, and research compounds.

RESEARCH USE ONLY

All products on this site are strictly for research and development use only. Products are not for human consumption of any kind.

The statements made on this website have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA). The statements and products of this company are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.

By placing an order, the Buyer confirms that they are a qualified researcher or industry professional purchasing solely for legitimate research purposes. Soarse Lab assumes no liability for any misuse of its products.

ELIGIBILITY & BUYER WARRANTY

  • Buyer must be 18 years of age or older to purchase from Soarse Lab.
  • Buyer warrants that all MATERIAL purchased will be used solely for internal research purposes.
  • Buyer confirms they are not purchasing for personal, household, or human consumption use.
  • Buyer agrees to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws regarding the purchase, possession, and use of research chemicals.

RESTRICTIONS ON USE

  • No right to resell, repackage, relabel, or redistribute this product is conveyed, expressly or by implication.
  • Products are for internal research purposes only and are not for use in commercial applications without prior written approval from Soarse Lab.
  • Buyer agrees to obtain Soarse Lab’s expressed written approval prior to supplying MATERIAL to any third party.

SUBSCRIBE & SAVE — SUBSCRIPTION TERMS

  • A recurring monthly order will be placed automatically at the discounted subscription price.
  • Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time by contacting Soarse Lab via email prior to the next billing cycle.
  • Soarse Lab reserves the right to adjust subscription pricing with 30 days written notice.
  • All subscription orders are subject to the same research-use-only terms as standard orders.

WAIT & SAVE — PRE-ORDER TERMS

  • Payment is collected in full at the time of order.
  • Fulfillment will occur within 30 calendar days of the order date.
  • The Buyer acknowledges and accepts the extended fulfillment window in exchange for the discounted price.
  • Cancellations must be requested within 48 hours of placement. After 48 hours, orders are non-refundable as inventory procurement may have commenced.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Due to the nature of research compounds, all sales are final unless a product arrives damaged or defective. Buyers must notify Soarse Lab within 7 days of delivery. Soarse Lab will replace or refund defective products at its sole discretion.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Soarse Lab shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of any MATERIAL purchased from this site. The Buyer assumes all responsibility and liability for how the MATERIAL is used.

GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Florida.
